Today is a big day, the culmination of much work and collaboration with gifted friends. Three big projects are releasing, each associated with Worthy: Celebrating the Value of Women. I hope each blesses you. Learn more below.
Worthy: The Book
Worthy: Celebrating the Value of Women releases today. In this book, Elyse Fitzpatrick and I survey the storyline of the Bible, looking at the indispensable role women play in God’s plan of redemption.
Worthy is a book for men and women. We hope it blesses you. Call your local bookstore and ask them to order you a copy.
Worthy: The Song
Elyse and I believe that all truth should lead us to worship. So, we ended Worthy with an original worship song written by David L Ward and me.
We commissioned a studio recording through our recently rebranded music publishing ministry, Hymnicity. The single features the vocal talents of one of my favorite singer-songwriters, Melanie Penn. Give it a listen:
“Worthy” is available for purchase at Amazon and on iTunes and is streaming at Spotify, YouTube, Vimeo, and elsewhere.
You can download free song resources on the Hymnicity song page.
(Be sure to listen to the other piece we commissioned—an original spoken word performance by Quina Aragon.)
Worthy: The Podcast
Elyse and I are hoping to encourage helpful and respectful conversations on the value of women in the church, home, and world. To that end, we’ve started a podcast, which releases today. We’ve invited a variety of guests. We won’t always agree on everything—but we’ll have fun!
The podcast homepage is here, though it should be available for subscription through your favorite podcast apps soon.
